Policies

  • The Cash Management Policy can be found here.

  • The Week Ending Process, or WEP for short, is a tracking tool we use to evaluate week to week COGs progress. It takes time to hone the skills to effectively and consistently manage COGs - which is why it is important to focus on one to three categories and work on them until you achieve your desired goal. See WEP policy here.

  • We take guest feedback seriously. This is the customer telling us exactly what we're doing well and what were not doing well. Please review Atlas' current guest feedback policy and sop here

  • DM Ops Assessments must be scheduled 5 days before the end of the period for the following period.

Any JJ's Corp Ops Assessment score 90% or higher gets a diamond award! DM's can order one by filling out the team recognition form found here
